Our specialties include the following:

Addiction Recovery
An addiction recovery session is for clients who are struggling with addiction. The goal of the session is to help the client understand their addiction, develop coping mechanisms, and create a plan for recovery.

Individual Intensive Outpatient
An individual intensive outpatient (IOP) session is a type of therapy that is designed to help people who are struggling with mental health issues. The sessions are typically held three to five times per week for two to three hours each. The goal of IOP is to provide people with the support and treatment they need to manage their mental health issues and achieve lasting recovery.

Addiction Treatment
The goal of addiction treatment is to help the individual understand and address the underlying causes of their addiction, as well as develop coping skills and strategies for staying sober.
Typically, an addiction treatment session will begin with a check-in, where the therapist will ask the individual about their recent progress in recovery. The therapist will then lead a discussion about the individual's thoughts and feelings about their addiction, as well as the challenges they are facing in recovery

Family Counseling
A session between a family and a therapist to discuss and address issues that are causing problems within the family. The therapist will help the family to understand the dynamics of their relationships and to develop strategies for improving communication, resolving conflict, and resolving problems.

Relapse Prevention
Relapse prevention is a cognitive-behavioral approach that helps people identify and manage the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can lead to substance use. It is a skills-based approach that teaches people how to cope with cravings, manage stress, and avoid high-risk situations.

Co-dependency Support
These sessions are for people who are struggling with codependency can come together to share their experiences, offer support, and learn from each other. Codependency is a pattern of behavior in which a person becomes overly involved in the problems of others, to the point where their own needs are neglected. This can lead to feelings of resentment, anger, and isolation.
Codependency support sessions can provide a safe space for people to talk about their experiences without judgment. They can also learn about the signs and symptoms of codependency, and how to develop healthy coping mechanisms. In addition, codependency support sessions can provide a sense of community and belonging, which can be very helpful for people who are struggling with codependency.

Life Coaching
The goal of the session is to help the client achieve their goals and improve their life. The coach will help the client identify their goals, develop a plan to achieve those goals, and provide support and accountability along the way.

Group Counseling
Group counseling can provide members with support, understanding, and guidance. It can also help members learn new coping skills and strategies for dealing with their problems.

DWI Assessments
The assessment will typically include a review of the individual's medical history, psychiatric history, substance use history, and criminal history. The counselor may also ask questions about the individual's family history, social history, and employment history.
After the assessment, the counselor will develop a treatment plan that is tailored to the individual's needs. The treatment plan may include individual counseling, group therapy, medication, and/or 12-step meetings.
Standard fees:
$50 per 30 minute session for individual, $75 per family or couples therapy. Higher rates may apply for some circumstances, but we'll set up a therapy and payment plan that best meets your individual needs.

Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can't make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, we will bill you for the full cost of the session.
